Villa Mountain View is located in the outskirts of Koxare village, it is about 200 m2 and can accommodate up to 8 persons. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. As we enter the house there is a living room with fireplace and TV. There are also a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a large veranda with exceptional view. At the 1 st floor there are 3 bedrooms, 1 bouble bed, and 2 twin bed. All three rooms have their own balcony and share a bathroom at this floor. At the basement there is the guest house. There is 1 bedroom and a sitting room with fireplace. There is also a bathroom, a dining room and a kitchen. All the rooms of the villa have air condition. At the garden there is a 40 m2 swimming pool and a place for barbeque. The villa has unlimited view to the surrounding mountains and a large area covered with olive trees. Mountain View villa is 12 km to 15 km away from various excellent beaches such as Plakias, Souda, Ammoudi, Damnoni, Schoinaria and the famous palm tree beach at the Preveli Monastery. Close to the villa ( 4 km) there is the beautiful gorge of Kourtalioti. In short distance from the villa there are archeological sites which can be visited, such as the post-minoan cemetery of Armeni , the Byzantine churches of Koxare and Lampinis and the protected traditional village of Bottom-Mixorouma . The villa is surrounding by a fence made by stone and the garden has approximately 50 fruitful trees such as peach-trees, cherry-trees, pear-trees, quince trees and a variety of citrus trees. The east site of the garden has 130 vine-trees of many different varieties.
