The minaret of Achmet Aga

The mosques in Crete are the remains of the Muslims Ottomans who used to live on the island for many years. The Aga mosque is located on Hadjimichali Daliani street, in the area that used to be called Shinoplokadika, in Chania. The remains of the mosque are the minaret and few buildings, which house a knitwear factory.
